So, as some of you know, I go my new ASS 2 days ago...

My lucky number is 13, for many reasons. One of my daughters was born on Friday 13th November 1998. I won over £1200 in a casino when number 13 came in 3 times in a row on a roulette table. I like number 13 so much, I even had it tattooed on my right forearm. Yup, that is my real arm, not long after the tattoo was done last year.

Anyhoo, here is the tracking info for the guitar:

The guitar was shipped from Sacramento CA, last 2 digits of the area code is 13.

The guitar was shipped on 8th May. 8 (day) + 5 (month) = 13

Now, there is one other strange thing, and that is the fact that all the dates throughout the delivery are listed in the tracking info, apart from one day, and that would of course be the 13th. The reason, is that that was a Sunday, but none the less, 13 is the only number missing.

And now finally, I must finish my little spooky story, with the icing on the cake. Dan has kindly dated my new ASS, and found it was completed on 10/13/00, or rather, Friday 13th October 2000.

Now thats mojo baby!

one for Mulder and Scully mate !

had a look at your myspace page Tony as we share the same home town ... I moved down to London a few years back after spending a lot of time round the Liverpool music scene, but still get up to Birkenhead / Liverpool as often as I can to catch up on bands.

Saw a lot of familiar faces and names on your myspace. Still see the boys from Kappa, I see a Womble! too:) and Alan Kulke - I missed his new band Bullitt last Sunday up in Liverpool unfortunately supporting Danny Vaughn (Alan's playing in a rock band with Brian Dixon (Cathedral / ex-Torino / ex-Caprice) - Alan mentioned the other day they are doin Z Rocks this year so will try to get along to that one. Havent seen Mark Alger in a long time - I miss those Maxime's friday nights ...

I was 13 on Friday the 13th, rode school bus #13, and was sent home with the German measles, too sick to have our birthday cake. I say "our" because I was born on my mother's birthday.

One night in San Juan, at the Carib Hilton, I won back all my losses at the roulette table by placing my last chips dead on 13. Was just a young sailor, and that money was all I had for the rest of the month.

Lucky 13, eeyup. But people born on the 13th just ain't right.

Big Tony,

You should go to the Winchester Mystery House in San Jose, California if you ever find yourself in the Bay Area (near San Francisco). It was built by Sarah Winchester, heiress of the Winchester rifle fortune, who they say was looney tunes. Other than the huge structure being extremely strangely built (staircases to the ceiling, doors that open to a 3-story drop), there's her seance room. In the seance room, *everything* has the number 13 as significant, down to the sink having thirteen drain holes. I think you'd like it! :)

Hahaha! I spent a lot of time in London last year, all work related. Loved it! Unfortunatly the contract finished:(, had an absolute blast! The money was sweet too!

I havnt seen many of the guys from yonder years in absolutely ages. Alan, or Sulky Kulky as I fondly knew him, I aint seen him for ages, just found him on myspace.
I think last time I saw him was in Denny Dowd's and we played him a track we made very quickly on the old 4 track called Sulky Kulky, he wasn't amused!:D
Last time I saw Bri, I was supposed to be roadyin for him on the last Caprice tour. The tour lasted 1 gig after Denny realised that Ivan hadnt learnt any of the tracks properly. I still remember him singing 'as fresh as a mushroom', I think that line kinda sealed the fate of Caprice!!:D Not seen the Alger for many moons either, I think the last time was when he and I went to Bradford for a DJ job. He promissed me there would be lots of beautiful babes there, I have never forgiven him it. It was like the hills have eyes!

Maxime's...yummy...hahahahaha! That place was just durty, haha, loved it!!!;)

Lol - yeah, that 'fresh as a mushroom' line rings a bell - classic Ivan!

Denny's pretty much given up playing guitar last I heard - doing pretty well as a house music DJ around the north west. I guess the Bon Jovi hairdo and the spandex kecks are gone for good ! Probably no bad thing :)
