I changed the strings of my EBMM SM today for the first time after owning it for half a year now. The stock strings sounded so good but hardly needed a replacement
Whilst changing I discovered that the 1st and 2nd string cutted in the wood behind the neck. Are you having this on your EBMM´s too? Is it a matter of construction (4/2 headstock to avoid string trees - so the tuners are close to the nut - Lower nut on the treble side). Or did I do something wrong ?
It is not a matter and i´m sure, nothing´s wrong with it, but I´d like to know.
