Hello Friends,
I have a 2007 Limited Edition Bongo bass with a Blue Metal Flake finish. painted neck, black Pick Guard and a beautiful case. I want to sell it and I would like to know what the current value is. It is near mint, a five string, and plays like the champion it is. Currently set up with Dunlop Strap Locks. Has never been gigged, never smoked around, kept in its beautiful hardshell case. It has the 2007 inlays on the 12th fret and the special little fret marker inlays. The guitar is absolutely beautiful. It has new strings. Of course it has active PUPS twin 9 Volt Batteries. When I first saw this bass I knew nothing about it. I have several MM basses including a 1976 first year Stingray so I was familiar with the name, sound, and quality. I fell in love with the Bongo before I even played it. I bought it cuz I just had to have it. I have been afraid to really take it out and play it. It has been to 1 gig. I have a protective plastic sheet on the back to protect it from my buckle.
It is a beautiful guitar and I want to sell it. If some one could give me an idea on how much it is worth I would greatly appreciate it.
I could upload some better pics if you need them. I want to buy my daughter a nice graduation present. She just graduated this year and I am currently not working so by selling this bass I could provide this to her.
Thank you for your help with this. I also have a 66 Fender short scale Mustang with case I am also selling.
Peace and God Bless,
