2007 Axis Super Sport BFR - Koa

I snagged this 2007 Axis Super Sport BFR up from Reverb a few months back and have neglected posting a NGD on it. I vaguely remembered Scott/Dargin posting some specs on these when they came out but I had to dig up the old post for the complete history. This was a 6 piece BFR run that MM did for Musician's Friend private reserve thing. Three were in this natural finish with the vintage trem and three were tobacco burst hardtails.

Specs are koa top, alder body, mahogany tone block, mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard.

Had one of the 6 , nice guitar did not dig the neck that much. Made for Guitar Center and MF sold them since they are part of GC, nice snag!
