I have been wondering...The 2010 LE. What could it possibly be?

I have my hopes of a sparkly autumn redrise thing. Mainly because I want a bongo in said colour.

Yes it is very early to be thinking of this, especially with all the new offerings. But, if BP is around...redrise Bongos!

There is no 2009LE, only the 25ths, the Big AL, and MAYBE some of the traditional models being offered in the Stealth color option: So far JP and Stingray have been spotted.

The MM site has the Stealth option listed for StingRay, StingRay5, Sterling, and Sterling5...as well as the Bongo, of course.

Oh yes! Oh yes! A Sterling 5 in Stealth. I assume with black hardware as the Bongo?
I can see that in the near future.

Robert... you should snap a few pics of that bad boy for those of us on the Rosewood BFR waiting list. May subside some of my GAS pains. JOSH

I'll definitely take the camera & see if Jason from DCGL is cool with it. I wouldn't think he'd mind. They should take more pics of their basses, huh?

Wasn't able to get over to Drum City Guitar Land today. My wife began feeling sick around noon (migraine with nausea/vomiting - sorry if that's TMI) & ended up going to the ER. She's feeling better tonight, thanks to a few Rx's.

DCGL isn't open on Sunday. I'm planning to try to leave work early Monday to get by there. Gotta do what ya gotta do. I've also been wanting to get over there to check out the Sterling Silver SR4 they've got - I still haven't seen that color in person. I'll let yas know if I can get some pics of the Rosewood BFR. If I get some, I'll post 'em in the "Rosewood BFR sighting" thread I opened.

I hear that the 2010 (is it twenty-ten, or two-thousand-ten?) LE will be a birdseye maple necked Bongo, maple fretboard, clear-coated swamp-ash body, with tort pickguard.

That's what I hear anyhow.
