We had roasted necks last year, Dargie II the year before and so on. I haven't seen anything about a special edition for this year. Have I missed it?

All I've seen is the limited run for the Premium Dealer Network.

Hopefully Roasted Maple Necks will make their return to NAMM, because I want one. But wouldn't put it past BP and the crew to introduce some new goodies in the not to distant future.

Perhaps the limited editions through the Premier Dealer Network is the new limited?
That guilded white StingRay for sure qualifies! Even if it's only available on the StingRay that's enough for me to dream about.

I like to seed the forums with tidbits for the wandering guitarist....the guitarist looking for the meaning of life....it can only be found with us bass players. OOps did I just call myself a bassplayer?

I would submit that if "I" occasionally call myself a bass player, you can definitely get away with it.

Especially here. I mean on the bass side. We're not like "those other guys".

These new guitars coming out interest me. I told the wife, when my truck gets paid off in about 2 years, I want to treat myself to at least one new Music Man bass a year but since I also dabble in guitar, I also want to add at least one of those to the arsenal too. Can't wait to see the new one when it comes out.

I for one am a wandering guitarist which finds the bass world very interesting. In fact, I visit the Bass side as often as I do the Guitar side. To me, it is a Symbiotic relationship.

I "submit" that bass players actually make us "guitarists" feel like we sound better because of the wonderful groove being laid down. In fact, Iv'e never met a great guitarist that doesn't love a great bass player. Sh*t, I wish I could play bass!

Good to know new things are coming down the pipe. I just still have dreams of Dargie being brought back or Cabernet Pearl with Roasted Necks.

Arrrr yes so you did :)

Given how late we are in the year I'm guessing your outa luck for a special something Disco

I agree with ya. I was just hoping for something special that was across the entire product line. I've just become accustom to their being something.

guess we just have to live with "awesomeness" across the entire product line.

No doubt. I'm just hoping for something special in Bongo land. I feel the need for a 5HH and none of the currently available color options are tempting me.
