ya we hope that hacker dude is tracked down too...

Obviously it was done by someone who has quite a sorry life and feels they need to go and deface private property for their amusement. Not funny.

Thanks for the quick action.

All I need is a name and an alibi......;)

You would be amazed at what a shrimp fork and a cheese grater could accomplish.......;)

*shudder* Koogs' "shrimp fork torture".... heard about that one. Just let me know, Koogs, if I ever do anything to unleash the fury and I'll be sure to quickly bail to Chile, get a sex change operation and sell mangos. :D

How about the connection between some pliers (however the hell you spell it) and the persons fingernails going in this manner:

pliers <-- :)eek: ) --> nails

As one of the customers that you are my service rep for I would like to advise against that.

What is this thread about?........
Oh yeah now I remember.
Can you feed me more information on the guitar that I have be-oched about for two years now?
I have spent nights dreaming about and I look forward to owning. This guitar will be so cool.

From the news post in the options I noticed that the piezo pickup was not listed. Would I be accurate to think that the piezo pickups will not be available on the 20 anniv silo?

Will the only color available be natural like the 20th anniv Stingrays? I hope so

What type of wood will be used for the body under the figured maple top?

Will we need to wait for NAMM to see a pic?

Thank you for your time
Love NorM

Yes I agree with NorM here, that we need to keep this thread about its original content, since I would like to know more as well. How about the LE special Pick Guard??? Any info on that or a picture, since last week was mentioned that THIS weel we would get some news about that???

There's an infinite amount of highly entertaining things we can do to the guy, depensing on our knowledge of history (spanish shoe, anyone? or was it boot?) and psychology.... But let's catch him first..
And let's make sure our website is safe - tighten all permission, check installed soft for known vulnurabilities, add some auditing software and maybe ipchains and bitdefender/fprotect and back it up too. (This goes to to whoever is the webmaster).

Silhouette
The 20th Anniversary Silhouette will feature a figured maple top with a
3-ply black, natural, black veneer underneath. Standard features include
a maple neck with the option of a rosewood or maple fingerboard and
Music Man Vintage Tremolo or fixed bridge. It also includes rear-mounted
electronics, buttercream position markers, a custom neck plate and 20th
Anniversary logo.

No mention on what colour pusms it will have! I'm guessing cream!? :)

(You will not be dissapointed Norm... We are all excited.)

( no plans for Piezo, but then again you just never know.)

Will the only color available be natural like the 20th anniv Stingrays?

{ as of now yes the 20th Silhouette will look very similar to the 20th Stingray minus the pickguard.}

What type of wood will be used for the body under the figured maple top?

{We may try alder, ash, or something different. Stay tuned... }

Will we need to wait for NAMM to see a pic?

{Yes we all have to wait even me...}

Thank you Derek et al

Darn straight I won't be disappointed. I already decided that I will be happy and you can't change that. I am in control there.

Thank You for the information on the new guitar and like you said I will not be disappointed. In fact I am enthusiastically excited. To much to be healthy really
This is something that will make me put down the y2d if but for a little while. Also this guitar is going to be yet another excuse as for why I need to play more guitar.

I think my favorite part is the idea of getting an all natural wood colored silo. A natural colored figured maple top with a maple neck and fret board is really appealing to me. Oh yeah baby, I am going to want the matching headstock on this bad boy too!;)

Even if there is not a pic available I am looking forward to placing my order just as soon as possible.

I'm guessing that they look way better in person!
I don't want to ruffle any feathers, but it just doesn't do anything for me.
If the back was black and it had a nice binding around the opinion, then I'd probably be on to that!
Maybe it's the colour? the fingerprints? the greasy pickguard? the pics themselves? It just doesn't do anything for me. :cool:

I'm still bery excited to see how the Silo is going to turn out though!!! Especially after seeing the SM-Y2D. :)
