20th anniversary Silo 7 "Pickups"

looking to 1st know what these are based on, just got the guitar, they are different from the paf's on the standard silos.

also what are my options for changing pickups , to another dimarzio,

They are pretty much the same PAF style as the regular Silo pups. You are free to put whatever pickups you want in there. I had a Steves Special and Air Norton in mine as well as a EVO2 and PAF Pro, but put it back to original specs.

what about the cover and the plastic

i put an Air Classic in the Neck and an Andy Timmons in the bridge...

i believe you can order the plastic rings from customer service.

Congrats on the 20th Lenny, you really sound psyched, I will stop in the store hopefully this week as I want to check it out as I have never seen one in person.
