other then the signature is there anytghing special or different then the evh that came out at the time? is it a special finish or different wood or something? it really does seem like a crazy price just for a signature.

4 Offers....I'm guessing that the offers were a bit lower than his asking price. ;) I particularly like the $400 shipping charge. Is he going to hand deliver it?

Well if I was selling a 225K guitar I'd be paying for plenty of extra insurance so $400 seems pretty cheap

Is it still there? I haven't seen it in 3 years or so. I remember it was there the day they opened in 1995 and it had a $35,000.oo price tag.

I remember seeing it opening night too and still couldn't believe the asking price. I thought I stil saw it there last year.

For $35K I guess the red/white/black striped Kramer Eddie played on the 1984 tour, cigarette burn in the headstock and all, East Coast Music Mall had back in '97 for $14K was a bargain!!!

No gforce, the only unique thing about it is that the signature is under the clear coat, which does make it special but nowhere near as special as that price.lol Even the guitars he did sometime ago that he taped and then played a show with and then was auctioning off on ebay were not even in that ball park. T o be honest that price is insane.lol

Several friends have thrown in "Realistic" offers in the $2500 - $3500 range. Personally, I would be SHOCKED if any of the 10 offers are over $5K.............
