I haven't been playing my 25 th too much lately, don't know why prob because I love my sr5 so much too. But I used it at a charity gig last night and was blown away all over again. It's an insane bass, such massive tones that cut like a hot knife through butter !

I love the passive tone with the middle pick up for stuff like town called malice, active mode all pick ups on and push the bass up a bit for slapping. Active bridge and middle push the bass up again for rock.

I could go on and on and on....... I find it hard to think what it must be like with a game changer in it too

It's great to have at least two basses, I think You should use Your beautiful 25th even more, with all respect to good ol' SR5!

Just keep on rockin' dude! ;)

I think we have the same arsenal. I too have an SR5 and a 25th Hss. I think we cover alot of ground with these 2.

Sometimes it's really hard to pick one for a gig. Man it's nice to have that problem !
