250K vs 500K pots

First off, what does my silo special come with?

I think generally it's 250k for single coils and 500k for Humbuckers

what will the change to 500's do, I guess that was my question when I originally posted this -

Adds back some of the highs and mids and such that you lose with using a 250 on a bucker...problem is that the singles then get alot more high end shrillness...unless you wire with caps and resistors in the fashion that the singles see 250 and the buckers see 500...unfortunately I don't have a schem for that...

the other option is having 2 different pots 1 for the hum and 1 for the singles?

with the method i mentioned...you don't have to do that. My suhr is wired this way and I believe Mr Tom Anderson does that this way as well...
