Cut off 15th october,
Contract awarded to successful bidder 28th October....

DOH!

I'm hoping there'll still be 1 of the 2 left with S&T and I'll have one of them on judgement day!

Smelly, see if you can get a good deal on this one, plenty space for you to wedge your sandwiches, mars bars, picks, fags (cigarettes that is) in those grooves... :D

never say never. I was told that the JP wasn't gonna be made left handed when I joined here and 9 months later that came to fruition. There is always hope.

This was one of the topics of conversation Pete and I had while hanging out yesterday. I asked him how many paid in full pre-orders of lefty 25th's (or it's new production name) he thought it would take to convince EB to make a lefty model. In the end we agreed the best chance would be to win the lottery and make a ginormous donation to the CLB Foundation. Pete pointed out that the number of players who clamored for lefty JP's likely far exceeds those who actually bought one.

Seriously though, count me in as another lefty who would purchase one, especially once there are more color options.

But realistically with BP recently saying in response to Scott's question about the success of the lefty JP that they were,
Fair.....sorry. Not a home run
it's hard to imagine it would make sense financially for them to make a lefty 25th any time in the foreseeable future. Especially without a highly visible endorser's name attached to it to help attract players who may otherwise be unfamiliar with EBMM. I'm sure if cost wasn't an issue I'm sure they would make us one. I think BP mentioned in an older thread that just left handed cases themselves were a total loss.

So unlike the eight years I spent e-mailing EB asking "any chance of a lefty JP"? I will just keep my fingers crossed that one day I will be pleasantly surprised. Until then I will continue to play, enjoy, and purchase more of my favorite guitars ever, the JP BFR's.

^^^ of course completely understandable. I would never actually expect it to happen which is fine. The JP has been the biggest dream come true ever for me. Hands down, best playing guitar I have ever owned. And I am thrilled to have it. Wow, one more post till my 3,000. What could I do to celebrate? Maybe stop by Dubaldo's this afternoon? hmmmmm

Small Hijack over, I think, what were we talking about?? :D

If you miss the cutoff and live in the US GC will still have stock so you can hit me up if you miss out. And like always, you can still order them through me and if you have a GC card, 12 months no interest no financing.
