I'll throw in my belated congratulations. Well deserved to the entire team, and thanks again to BP for giving us a little window into their creative/development process.

I'm pretty much a single coil guy these days, but this one has me thinking that really MUST have a humbucker guitar in the house again.:D

Wow,..quite an accomplishment! When are they for sale, how much, and will there be multiple color options?

Nice going SLO team.
Had the good fortune of seeing Drew at the Namm booth and getting some first hand explanation of the guitar and its cool design elements. Those chambers!

Yeah!!!!

I've ordered one for myself (fully loaded with upgraded quilt top, trem, rosewood) and we're ordering more for stock! I am SO excited (I'm even pumped about the new neck radius after BP calmed me down lol)

Let me know if anyone needs any details....

CHEERS!

What's up with Guitar World? They send me an email with a Namm 09 round up of new gear and no mention of any Music Man's. Was hoping to see some reviews of the new stuff. You would think with a new guitar, two new basses, and a whole new line, there would be a little mainstream exposure.

Good point. They were too busy standing too closer to me with camel butt breath trying to sell me advertising. Our guitars are not cool with those guys. They think that they are the hippest of hip.

BP, do you know when the official 25th Anniversary specifications and list of orderable options will be released? I dug around the forum and didn't see anything yet. Sorry if that info has already been posted. I'm usually late to the game ;)

I dont know if it's been asked yet but what colors will be available for the 25th?

The 25th and the Sterling Silo are at the top of my list for guitars to check out this year...

the 25th is only available in red.
when it becomes a regular production model, it will be available in other colours.

Guitar World was never known to be a 'serious' guitar mag anyway who gives a ratts ass what they think.
Last issue i saw they had chicks on the cover scantly dressed. Totally silly.

haha, right. I've been reading guitar World mag for about 20 years and they have gotten worse year after year. They reprint the same tabs over and over and I think they are trying to be like Maxim magazine instead of a guitar magazine. Guitar Player on the other hand has been getting better and better. And they have been very kind to EBMM.

The 25th guitar comes as a hardtail or tremolo, with your choice of rosewood or maple fretboard. Flame top is standard, quilt is an extra-charge option. The matching headstock is a standard feature. The guitars are a basswood body with mahogany tone block and maple cap, and are chambered.

The 25th bass comes as H, HH, or HSS, with your choice of rosewood or maple fretboard. Flame top is standard, quilt is an extra-charge option. The matching headstock is a standard feature. The basses also have the mahogany tone block but are not chambered.

We've got a few on order from the NAMM Show, too :D
