Is this a good price...?
I really gas for this bass... would I be better off getting a new one, providing
they still available...? ONly one i seen here in Canada was in a L&M store, was full of dirty fingerprints...
A bass like that, I would not want if it was sitting in a store for months, being handled by hundreds of kids until they sell it to you...

There's a used one at Bass Northwest and they'll ship to the Great White North.

Fingerprints and gunk are standard Long and Mcquade options. It's the scratches and shopwear that I can't stand.

Why couldn't these basses come with a maple fretboard (DD too). My next bass will have a maple fretboard. I don't know what it is, but maple fretboards just call to me.
