yes, but there isn't an EBMM retailer sly enough to take an order from outside the US. At least I haven't found one. So you'd have to find a store that actually have them in stock...

Not true. Any US dealer (Jack/Dude included) will sell to an overseas buyer if the buyer picks it up in person in the US. There's nothing shonky in that.
