Purchased from Sam Ash in Feb/March. When delivered I said there was way too much fret buzz. Was told to take to luthier to check. He stated I may need a shim but did his best. 3 Weeks later buzzing again and took it to different luthier who stated I needed a shim I told him not to touch it. Took it back to Sam Ash (3 days after the 30 days) and was told to contact Eb. Have now tried 4 times, no return calls. so I figured I would post it here to see if I get a response. This should not happen to a brand new bass for that much $$.

Thank you.

Someone will come along shortly and take care of you. BTW, unclear on what the first guy did - did he install a shim? (Basses often come from the factory with shims - it's not a 'bad thing'.)

Also, have you emailed customer service?

woowoo!

However, I would recommend getting some new techs that you go to. They should know whether you need a new shim or not.
