Good Lord! Check the EB website!

There is a 5 string SUB that is almost what we Stingray 5 fans have been asking about for a long time - a fiver that LOOKS like a Stingray (vs a Sterling)!!!!

Yep... I hope this will lead the way to a real Stingray 5 (not a SUB 5 or a "Sterling 5") !!!!!

The 5 string SUB looks like a good backup alternative to my SR5. Can't wait to try one. Wonder if it sounds like an SR5 in parallel mode or more like an SR4 wit 5 strings.

That's what I'm curious about too: will it sound like a Sterling with five strings of like a StingRay with 5 strings. I'm not in the market for a five string, but I'm curious anyway

The Sub 5 sounds exactly like a Sub 4. It does not carry any of the Features of the SR5. For the money it is a great bass for anyone looking for a less expensive 5.

They will be in stores soon. Go try one.
