The bass Ed F. posted about doesn't have the mute pads in the picture...they're gone. I can see the mute springs and the screws, but the foam pads are not in there, unless someone has attached new pads since they took that picture almost a year ago.

Yeah, you're right. I'm confusing the mutes with the Rick I was playing there the other day. I was thinking about the mute mechanism onthe Rick when I posted that. Must be the meds wearing off.

Yes, this bass should go for somewhere around $1000, but keep in mind, the Guard appears to been changed, which can effect the price also.

Yes Clear or in Most Cases B/W/B for sure.

Well, I played it again today, and damn.... this bass is a good one. Even with dead strings, it sounds terrific. I'm a little jonesed for it frankly, but... I don't think I can get the price lowered, it just dropped to $1299 a few weeks ago. The way it plays feels like it's worth it...
