Looks like a fun time. I like meat.

Glad the bass is working good for you, Tom-san!

Did I see a photo of a girl standing on a table or something? What was that?

So where's NorM??? He drive back up after Amy the waitress last night or something??

Amy was a really good sport. Definitely would be worth going back for.

We got back to Tucson around 2:30am. Haven't heard a word since. I expect he'll chime in soon enough. If not, I'll see him on Monday.

The girl on the table was the singer for the band. Steve picked a good restaurant. The drinks flowed, the food was awesome, the staff was sporting, the band was tight (even tho' the bassist didn't play an EBMM) and the lighting was low. More forth coming once I get laundry started and can sit down and sort thru photos.

Hopefully I got some good shots of NorM and I feeding the snakes at a pet store. We showed up early so we made a side trip. :D

Great pic's...looks like a fun night!

BTW ~ I never get tired of looking at Desert Gold or Blue Pearl Bongos.

Next order for Tom and I...blankety-planks! :D

Thanks for the compliments. It takes me awhile to load stuff in. I have to do all the pics one by one. It gets frustrating but hearing the compliments makes it worthwhile.

I'm thinking egyptian smoke. What about you?

edit: NorM and other snake lovers, I got video of the boa feeding posted on my site. The link can be found at the bottom of the "mee adventures" page. My apologies for the quality.

Nope. My fretless is going to be a Tobacco Burst SR4 w/MHS.

That's gonna be a pretty one.

Thanks Sterling and Scott and Derek and Beth and Aziah and Jon and everyone else at EBMM for making a beautiful bass. I appreciate it. And thanks Sterling, for bringing attention back to a p/u config I wanted from the start. It's got something special to it and I'm glad I finally got my hands on it.

NorM surface yet??

Yes. He posted yesterday around 1pm. Was gonna call after 7pm otherwise. That's when his talk time is free.

I take it you survived the garage sale?

Yup survived the garage sale but I don't want to get any "How much is this?" tire kicks in on basses or anything else for a while so please direct any price quotes to Jack.

Can't wait to see NorM's pics...

I'm around here somewhere (Is it Monday yet?). Yes I have 250 pics from the event that turned out burned to a CD sitting on my computer desk at home. All I got to say is :
"Dude Rawks"

You remember that time we went to Phoenix to pick up the Bongo, and had dinner with Dude and his woman, and ate a bunch of meat and fed the snakes and flirted with amy the waitress and burnt the hooka and let the cute singer for the band shake it for us at the table and ate more meat and cracked wise about things we love and hate about guitars and drank about 25 diet colas and Dude double squeezed your butt after he licked your (ernie) ball and laughed till our sides hurt and didn't get thrown out of the resturaunt and went to visit darrell who was mixing down a punk CD and came back to Tucson at 2:30 in the morning safely?

Good Times
