Hello, I just recieved my first music man guitar today and this thing is amazing. I bought the BFR Petrucci in blackburst from GC online and I absolutely love it.

I have read enough threads here on the forums to know that proof is in the pictures and I'll try to post them tomorrow when my wife shows me how to operate her new camera she got for christmas.

I was gonna link a thread to a picture of it from the official ball family reserve thread, but it isnt on there. I dunno if it was was one of the 20 that didnt get photographed or if it was sent out before the thread started. The first guitar on the thread is #g39516 DOB 8-30-07.
My guitar is #g39513 and on the sticker where it was sent to Musicians Friend it has a date of 8-23-07 which is older than the first one listed in that thread. I dunno if that is the DOB of my guitar or just shipping date. Guess I'll have to call to find out if I decide if its important enough. Its not pictured in that thread for some reason is my point.

Anyways, this was a good investment. I'll try to get those pics posted tomorrow.

OB,

Way to go!! Great way to start the new year off - strokin' the BFR.

Oh, and here's a little hint: don't get the wife to show you "how to work the camera", then she Will expect YOU to take the pic's (that way you'll have more playin' time). LOL:)

Welcome to the EBMM forums oakabire,

You say the proof is in the pictures??? well the pictures do look fantastic, but it's 1000 times better in person, the BFR's are awesome guitars, you'll love it.

BTW, post pics, the guitar doesn't exist if we don't see pics.

Scott.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm not much of a photographer, so it isn't much. Plus I know most just want to see the maple top. The rest of the guitar pretty much looks the same as all the rest of the pics on the internet. Thanks again.
