Don't get me wrong, I agree it's the whole package that makes it that attractive, but finding a different wood top that made it look just as sexy would be equally attractive. I do believe the ebony board and gold hardware have a lot to do with it as well. Take a look at the other Koa model in the BFR photo thread, the one that doesn't have the gold hardware...not as sexy is it? (Not saying it's not a sweet guitar, I just think the gold adds something to it that makes it that much more appealing)

I think it is the package and I also think that for most the Koa is a big part of it.

I donbt know how I didnt answer your question....we plan on making a lot of different BFR's.

k cool. Guess I'm gonna have to hold off until one is released in 7 string version that really tickles my fancy like that koa one.
