Well I searched for about a year...visited this forum frequently, all the while believing the informaton that was discussed on here about EBMM guitars, but ultimately...words only hold so much weight until you test drive one for yourself.
I have 2 Fenders (Lead 2 & 57 Strat Reissue) and even a Rickenbacker 4003 (geddy lee influence), but once I found my Axis Super Sport online at Drum City / Guitarland...I bought it the day it was delivered to the store. I've never play a guitar that was this solid and beautiful. Oh yeah, it was a lefty (so am I..how ironic), so I know if I didn't buy it, it might be another year before I found one like this that had what I was looking for.
It's a Natural Quilt, and I know i'm biased, but looking at pics of those who also have a natty quilt...I would say it's one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.
I've enjoyed reading all your various post and opinions over these last few months, and believe me...I'm convinced!
