Well, it turns out I won't be able to buy an EBMM. I really want one but, because of the price in Japan and the limited availability I can't do it. Here they only really sell the signature models so I would have to order a Silhouette without playing it. That means $1600 before playing one. And the alternative would be about $2700 for a JP6 (which, I might add, is an amazing guitar beyond most others). That much money is a stretch too far for me. I'm only an English teacher. And buying a Silhouette without playing it first seems foolish.

The prices for the JP6 are very inflated because of DT comparative popularity as well as customs, import fees and the fact that the guitar was made in the States and the dollar is stronger than the yen.

I love the guitars. This isn't a quality problem, it's an availability problem. And a cash problem.

Sorry, but if I can't afford a silhouette then how can I afford a Luke? Go here and look at the prices. It is about 100 yen to every dollar. So just remove the two zeros on the far right to know the dollar amount.

This is why I can't afford them. click it even if the characters are strange it works.
