Today in the UK we have a charity appeal called Children in need. It has been running now for many years and it funds UK and worldwide childrens charities. The BBC does a lot of work both on TV and the radio to promote it.
Kids take in cakes to school to sell, they have "no uniform days" and pay for the priviledge, people in offices do all kinds of crazy stunts - like me!!
I played for 3 hours today and raised over 330 quid that's over 530 dollars. The people on the "buckets" raised over £100 an hour.

This was the first time I used (some) backing tracks and it was a whole new discipline playing along to these. I enjoyed the day.
S'funny really - woke up with a head cold went to work and did it - felt ok. Once home the "man flu descended again - ha!
