I see from the pics that at one time during the jam, the boys switched guitars. So the question is.....did they plug the guitars into their own amps or did they switch playing into whole rigs. AND, how did they sound? Did theyy sound like themselves playing thru the different gear?

thanks,

Al

Luke in a drunken stupor started it. The cables stayed plugged in where they were. Hopefully the lights buzzing made this unusable. Recognizing that this was a cluster, Steve Morse just held the guitar he ended up with (The Luke) Vinney just made a lot of noise with the Morse. Luke accidently played in tune with the silo. BP was struggeling for air while he was wearing the pet around his neck. Petrucci wanted to play Panic Attack on the Silo Bass cause that's what he did in the DT concert and the title wold have been appropriate.

The highlight of the show was (IMNSHO) Steve Morse, Dave LaRue, and John Ferrea (sp) Playing "Vista Grande" and "On The Pipe". My two favorite songs.
BP was right

I dreamed Norm was happy. Or is it dreamt?

Also, Norm and BP were sharing a Mai Tai. Sterling took the little umbrella out and poked Norm in the eye. Norm asked if that was really necessary. Sterling said Dudley dared him. They shared a chuckle.

NorM Luke was not in a drunken stupor and played quite well....careful....do you use misinformation in your rocket science.....Were you too busy rubbing your own thigh to notice who played drums (intime and quite well) on that jam?

Yeah...I was unsure of how to take Norm's comments as well. I thought maybe he was kidding. Luke didn't seem drunk to me - just like he was having a good time. It was really fun to watch. The whole drumming thing astounded me. Not only did he do a great job, but he and John switched without missing a beat!

I don't care how many technical difficulties there were. I REALLY loved watching all the relaxed messing around. They were being human. It was nice to see them comfortable enough with us to just have fun.
