Accommodation in SLO?

Can anyone recommend a good place to stay in SLO please? After the desert bash I'm heading up to Las Vegas and then over SLO. Jon we should catch up?

I stayed at Quality Suites but a little expensive. Further up the road (on left had side) was another place that looked ok but can't remember its name. It has a good restaurant on the ground floor. Jon or some one else from EB will know. Also, Woodstocks has great pizza...you have to go to Woodstocks

Wherever you stay...eat tritip sandwiches at the firestone grille!!!!!!!!!!!

And if you get to cambria, have more tritips at Main Street Bar and Grill.

Yep. Just did a 4 day trip up the coast last month with the girlfriend. She was such a good sport. We ate tritips for 3 of the meals.

Found out that Main Street was the first of the 3.

For hotels, they just opened a new Courtyard by Marriott just south of town last month. It is nicer than any other Courtyard I've stayed in.
