Adding piezo to a 20th ann. Silhouette

Hi guys,

I can get a 20th ann. Silhouette.
But it's without the piezo.

Is it possible to install the piezo afterwards?

Evidently not, a lot of people have asked this and all the replies were negative.

I am no expert but I assume the preamp configuration would be differrent, also the bridge saddles require a carved area on the back of the body behind the bridge for the istallation of the trim control unit that is necessary to the functioning of the 6 individual piezo pickups.

you could add a retro-fitted item like the graphtec system ...

Thanks guys,

I own a guitar with the Ghost system. But I had to modify the bridge (wires) and the body. That's not what I want to do to a new Silo.

Though decision.

I think I read in an EBMM QnA that piezo cannot be retrofitted to any of the models....so you either order it with it from the start or you leave it. Or wait until something appears on evilbay and co

same answer from me. don't.

it will disappoint. I have a Hamer tele w/aftermarket and have owned a SILO w/fishman too. It's NOT the same. and frankly, not even close. BALLS piezos rule
