Adjustable leather strap and strap locks for axis

What is best adjustable leather strap and strap locks system to use with an axis?
I don't need the strap to be used on any other guitar.
The strap lock has made it impossible to adjust the strap length through the slot on other straps I've had.
Thanks for the help!
