36 (holy crap), I'm a police officer, Mountie actually. Most of my co workers have no idea I'm hopelessly addicted to bass playing!

I'm 47 and a Plumbing Contractor.

All my life I had wanted to learn to play guitar and last month I finally jumped in.
I went down to the local Guitar Center and picked up a cheap Strat and amp.
After three weeks of having fun and getting more education on what a good guitar is all about, I packed up the Fender and traded it in on a Rosewood SS.
Every time I pick up my Rosie I grin from ear to ear, what a sweet guitar.

I'm 46 and a Canadian Government employee, and have been playing semi-professionally (okay, a weekend gig-warrior) for the last 21 years. My Axis pair have the first Floyd Rose bridges I have owned, and if u do the math, I played through the 80's without a Floyd! Played all the "hairband" music back then - of course, I HAD hair back then.....

You know, I've gotten to the point where I feel like I understand Autocad pretty good...

Then I took a session last year with a guy named Ken Colgan with CADTech Seminars.

Wow... He is the only guy I know that reads the ReadMe files to every software produced. He showed us more useful stuff that I've ever gotten out of any other seminar in my life... And what a personality to match...

This is turning into a plug, but if anyone out there uses any type of CAD program, look this guy up. It's like going to the Comedy Club and learning some seriously useful, time saving stuff at the same time.

I'm 54 so I'm the oldest so far! Attorney and volunteer prison chaplain on the side. Played in a rock band in the late 60's, (a Hagstrom 12 sting, and pre CBS Telecaster), now playing a 2005 Bongo 4 HH in church. Would love to have a Luke guitar to go with my 97 Martin OOO-28EC and 78 Guild F112NT

i've probably already posted in here....

But I just turned 27 last month and I'm an under paid over worked IT guy... Basically I work for a school district and they don't pay me what I'm actually worth... but I enjoy what i do so in the end that has to count for something.

My true passion is in my Worship... I am a worship leader at my church and absolutly love it... every aspect of it: Writing, Playing, and leading people into places that words can't even imagine. If there was any way to do that full time and make a living I would so quit my job... BUT... I've gotta find someway to buy guitar strings... SO... i've got my little Monday through Friday gig...
