48 (OUCH!), I'm an Engineer in the semiconductor field....

-been "playing" for under a year now (wish I would have started 35 years ago!!!), and my first EBMM JP6 will be shipped next week!:D

Currently playing a Strat (had to start somewhere?) - its probably FAR TOO EARLY for me to own a MM, but - I couldn't help it......everything I've read about the EB guitars made it impossible to not lust after one!;)

24, I work at DIAC (Australian Immigration). I work on Health Policy and everything associated with it, clients medicals & x-rays, the doctors and radiologists around the world, very interesting (and repetitive)job!

I have been playing since I was about 8 - 9. I recently quit the covers band I was in, partly due to getting ripped off, and also because they would not learn anything new. I finally had enough. Currently putting together a DIO tribute show for a couple of gigs (hoping to have the JP BFR in time for it ) and also working on originals. I find it very difficult to find muso's in Canberra.

Hmmm I am 22 and I work in online marketing at a digital agency based in London. It's mainly travel based (most of our clients are travel-related with the odd property and finance). Until March I was at Thomas Cook (UK peeps will know who they are) at their HQ in Peterborough, doing pretty much the same thing. I mainly do PPC work - so advertising with Google, Yahoo, MSN etc. Getting involved in tracking and analytics and hopefully in the SEO side of things too.

New job pays better and once the increase in my pay is greater than my commute costs (currently £6k after tax!) I shall have greatly-increased Ball purchasing capabilities :D

Have been playing on-and-off for about 2/3 years - am awful, but intend to dedicate serious time to practicing after we move, so I shall have no excuses!

17. High School, stickin' on an extra year to pick up some extra credits (French Immersion certificate :( ) and so I can compete in the Provincial Skills Competition again and NOT have my computer crash with 30 minutes to go... After that, I want to go into automotive design or some form of Mechanical Design...I can't afford University here, though haha, so I'll probably go to Europe and get some slightly cheaper education. (I have relatives there ;) )

I'm 21 ( Twice:)! )
Married ( also twice :( )
Director of Promotion for the ABC and Fox affiliates in Charleston WV (It sounds MUCH cooler than it really is...)
Four Kids...all boys (one with Satan, the other three with the good wife)
Started playing when I was a sophomore in HS...got pretty decent by those standards. Joined the Navy, met people who made me realize how badly I sucked at the Guitar.
Got out of the Navy and became a music major (double Major, Guitar and Sax)
Quit playing in 1990...
Discovered Dream Theater in 2000 and it's been all down hill from there.
Oh..an I understand that my JP6 is actually in production so I'm JAZZED! My First Real Guitar!

Hey my name is Brett, I'm 25 and now i also sound like an AA participant
I work as a residential support worker for the disabled, which helps fund my guitar habbit. I'm currently looking to get out of the area I'm in and find a more financially supportive industry. Also wondering if you guys might be able to lend some advice on what particular vocation to persue. Man I fell dumb alot of you guys hold very interesting and intellectually demanding jobs...

Thanks

35 - work in a middle school office by day and rock star on the weekends in one of the 1,000,000,000 New Jersey cover bands. Not to worry, I still write my own stuff, cover bands blow, but the money is good.
