Don't have sound here so I can't listen, but I believe that's a double neck with one of the neck's being an electric sitar - It's been mentioned in the past, but I'm not sure if there are other photo's (but you would know that wouldn't you ;))

That's one of the cool thing about Albert Lee in my opinion, not only is he one of the Best guitar pickers on the planet, he will play music with anybody, regaurdless of what style it is, just simply because he loves to play music.

Here is quote from Dudley in the old thread, but the picture Scott originally posted was no longer there

Fellow Tap fans,

Yes, it is I will one of Nigel's beauties.

Nigel Tufnel's double neck guitar / sitar, aka "Nitar". This baby is all Koa, with a book matched top and chambered body, in the "double-gourd" style. It's bound, all-around, with genuine Italian celluloid in a tasty Black & White block design. The inlays are genuine rhinestones set in stunning bezels, including the headstocks, knobs, and switch tips (carved from genuine bone). Topping off the embellishments, courtesy BP, is a portrait of Taj Mahal (the bluesman) in a fine gold frame, which is under my arm in the photo. We accessorized with a fine brass incense burner that can be hung by a gold chain from the headstock.

The Sitar side has 6 Sym-Pathetic strings which are tuned via the banjo style heads around the edge of the body. The Sitar effect is created by the strings buzzing against the sea shell imbedded into the bridge. The pickups are all DiMarzio. The guitar can be seen in action on the Spinal Tap 25th Anniversary video.

Rock on, Dudley

Hey Kids

On that tour SPinal Tap had a guest guitarist in each city. I got the honor of playing as thier guest in Chicago. It was a blast! I got to play two songs

Thanks Jack!
Now that I see that, I do remember it. I probably have it somewhere, but now I can file it properly.

Cool vids, fogster. Don't care what guitar it's on. The EBMM headstock is the best design in the business. I'n my humble opinion, of course.
