I talked to Guitars Plus in Wexford (Pittsburgh area), and they said the room should hold about 100 people. It's first come, but I mentioned that someone might come from Cleveland and they said they'd make sure that person would get in.
So, if you want to give them a call closer to the clinic and let them know that you're making the haul, give your name or something, and it sounds like they'd let you in for sure. It'd be about a 2-hour drive from Cleveland. Maybe less if you're in a southern or eastern suburb.
