Agree with Lance Romance about AL. There's a peacefulness about him that just sort of radiates.

What a great opportunity for forum members to hang out and maybe grab some grub and a cold one...or even jam at someone's place that lives nearby!

Amen to francric...AL needs to come to NC. Play Merlefest or something. He could pull a crowd in Charlotte for sure. We get some of the best pickers in the world here in NC. Heck, Earl Scruggs is from my hometown and I've picked with him on numerous occassions. Doc Watson is just a couple of hours away. But no Albert...dang.

I have no plans on which location at the moment, though I'd probably prefer the Guitar Shop as that's where I got my Silo.
