Albert Lee MM90 advice.

I say Black, Black n Black ... and solid gold!!

regardless of the defense of subdued chromatics, I'd be quite thrilled to see Jp finish his new MM90 in full-on '80s neon rainbow!!!

Thanks for your suggestions gentlemen. I'm listening with all my attention.

Before refinishing I'll need to play the guitar for a while to see if I like the sound : I've never played/owned any "P90" guitar
before.

I would of course not go through the expense of a refinish if the guitar isn't a keeper.

Good call ^^^

Word of advise - I have many different "P90" guitars, and each one has it's own personality. The AL MM90, while sharing some 'typical' P90 traits ("nasally, snarly, bite!"), really has it's own thing going on. And that 'thing' is freekin' fabulous!!
That doesn't guarantee that -you'll- like it though. And don't judge all other P90 guitars from the AL.

Hint- the tone knob really re-voices that guitar.... ;)

Really, White MM90 pup covers really make this guitar, at least I think so. :D

Thank you, it's one of my favorites, the MM90's are just outstanding in my opinion.

Yah me too, I think the White and Black are classic without a doubt.

That guitar went back after I bought it, it had been in the system for a very long time and needed some love, so I sent it back to EBMM for some love and Jon (who's no longer there, but did a hell of a job) got me the white pup covers and it works great in my opinion.

P.S. Luke played his Black Sparkle Luke for years, I think it was his #1 for a long time.

We 've had a long weekend and guitar had just cleared the customs on friday evening.

I expect paperwork and delivery to take a few more days...

Nice Magic, so what color is it going to be refinished in?

We are all waiting for the AL 2 MM90's?
