Oh shoot- didn't notice that. I do see a few used ones on Reverb, so that's a possibility if you don't need new.
You basically need two things in a device. The first is to take the TRS output (where you have the passive magnetic signal on the Tip and the active piezo signal on the Ring), and split it into two mono feeds- TS and RS. You can do this with the box that (Pete) DuBaldo sells, or use a long "insert" cable that does this. The second function is a switch to mute/pass the signal from TS to one output, while doing the opposite (pass/mute) from RS to another output. It would ideal to find both things in a single box- it looked like the PZ Select did that.
Here's another one that should work-

Looks like you can feed it a stereo input and route one signal to A and the other signal to B. It's relay switched so there's no popping, has a ground lift, and you have various modes you can set it up to operate in.

LEHLE DUAL SGOS: Hum-free ABY switcher with MIDI
Thanks to the LEHLE TRANSFORMER HZ with phase- and ground-switch there’s no signal loss, hum or noise. Stereo, MIDI & tuner-out.
