yep, these things are amazing. we just received our first BFR Petrucci 6 and I'm telling you, even without plugging the guitar in or strumming it you can feel that there is definitely some mojo going on inside with the wood that's used for the body. craziness!!

2 questions (for all BFR users actually):

- the tone knob is a pull / push knob to select between inner and outer coils when the pickup selector is in the middle position, right ? Now, how does it sound ?

- Another question about the neck. The neck on the normal JP6 is unfinished and your hand "can slide over it very fast" (I don't know a better way to express it). But the BFR has a finished neck (that's right, isn't it ? ), does it feel more "sticky" ?

The push pull switches from the inner singles to both humbucking.

The neck feels the same, although when it is more humid, it tends to get a little sticky. Just because my hand gets a little sweaty...Not a big deal. WIping down hands/neck helps
