Am I missing a screw here?

I think I'm missing a screw on my EB/MM EVH Floyd Rose?
Should be there to hold the tremelo arm?
Where to get a replacement?

There should be a screw there to tighten the trem arm so it doesn't swing freely.

I haven't got it one mine either and wondering if I actually need one as arm sits tight in socket and doesn't swing at all.
