I've noticed, exactly in this Thread, ...but I'm, too busy today! ;)

I think I should say, ...welcome Mr. Tony Levin, sir! :)

Is he the one dressed as Elvis or the one dressed as Tony Levin?

I did notice and had a good laugh because of that very dry posting - love it!

(Although I have to admit that I was asking myself if it really was him ... it's the internet, ya know)

Then again, if a wiring circuit is able to make the most notable musician on a bass sign up to a forum full of brainless whatdidhecallmes, it truly is a game changer ... so, welcome Tony! :) (*bow* I'm not worthy!)

... and John, make sure to follow that link adouglas posted, and scroll all the way down, slowly. After about 20% of that page you'll sure start to get an idea. Put Peter Gabriel's "Sledgehammer" on repeat while you're at it. :)

I had no idea Levin played on Rain Dogs by Tom Waits ...he's shot right up there in my book.

Which, of course, means nothing.

Tom Waits' bass player = cool

World Diary is still in heavy rotation after all these years.

He needs to fix that newb status.

From King Crimson to Gabriel to everything in between, I've always admired Mr. Levin's work! He's an amazing talent! I also love the Stick playing...wish I could wrap my head around that!!

All that talk about 3-string basses under warranty makes me again think of the EBMM ad with Tony on his Harley and a StingRay strapped to his back. I'd so love to get a hi-res version of that pic...
