I'm happy to report that I'm 36 and my wife will be 35 later this year, and I've never seen a single episode of "American Idol". Not a one.

I don't even know what network carries it, or what day of the week it airs!

More than half of my band and family will miss supper before they miss American Idol. Not me but what the heck I am just a bass player. An old one at that. Well not an old bass player but an old man just the same.
