This was done in another form over in the bass section, but oh well.

What do you use to drive your EBMM?

I need more stuff, but this is what I have:

Rack:
BBE 482 Sonic Maximizer
Peavey Tubefex Preamp
Peavey Classic 50/50

into a Peavey M4X12 Stereo Cab

I also have a Peavey Ultra212 I play with off and on.

I dislike marshall, and Peavey has the best bang for the buck IMO...at least is did 5 years ago when I got all this stuff....

What you got?

Mesa 3 Channel Dualie (about to do Bob from Eurotubes' Integrated Quad to it...2 EL34's and 2 6L6's set on the EL34 Bias mode)

4x12 Mesa Trad Recto Straight Front(gig)
1x2 3/4 Mesa Cab (home)

Adding Pedals:

Currently I have a Pedaltrain with the following attached ot it:
Line 6 DL4 and MM4
Pedal Power 2
Dunlop Crybaby classic (with fasel inductor)
Digitech Whammy 4 (I use it for the octave up mixed with the dry signal so not really to whammy just as a pitch shifter)
Boss TU2 and NS2

I want to add a fulldrive II and replace the whammy (to save space) with either of two things: The Weapon or the Boss Supershifter pedal.

Eventually I'd like to do away with the pedal board and get A G Major and GC Pro and GCX and an axess switcher for the recto.

Planet Waves cables to the board and from the board to the amp.

I have a Marshall DSL with 1960 Lead Cab

For effects.....real simple, a BOSS GT-6.

All that new fangled technology you guys have is beyond me. I am a bare bones kinda player. I get what I want with what I have. I just don't have the patience for all the rack mounted stuff and a bunch of pedals. Not that there is anything wrong with that, just too much for me.

How's that fulldrive?

I need to get some George L's are rewire my board. Depends on what I end up doing since everything I have doesnt fit on the PedalTrain.....I might get a 2nd.

The FD2 is my favorite pedal. I have one of the older units, without the push/pull capability. The OD is nice and crunchy. I run mine at 18 volts, which seems to brighten it up. There's also a clean boost, which is nice. Sometimes I use the boost and sometimes I use both the FD2 and Sparkledrive when I want boost.

The George L's are great. As you can see from the picture, I have run out of space on my Pedaltrain also. But for $170 bucks, you can't beat it. A friend of mine builds pedal boards, he built one for my son that is HUGE. He runs www.pedalboard.com
He will give me a discount, but after buying 2 guitars in the last 6 months, I'll need to wait on upsizing. I'm not sure I really need anything else anyway.

I use an Ashdown Peacemaker 60 amp. Then I have a Line6 delay and modulation modeler, Morley Bad Horsie 2, a modded Tube Screamer. Works good for me. All the pedals are in a Furman conditioning pedal board.

Bing,

Post your son's pedalboard!

Hahahaha.

:D

He's at school. I'll see if he can email me a picture. He's coming home in a week or so for several days, so he may bring it when he comes.

I use an Engl Sovereign 1x12" with 1x12" Extension cab, both fitted with Celestion Vintage 30's. On my pedal train I have a Boss DD-3 Delay, a Danelectro Cool Cat Chorus, Boss TU12 Tuner and a Boss GE7 Eq pedal. All wired up with George L's cable. I also have a Marshall JCM900 2x12" which is getting little use these days......

I settled on Line6 Flextone II head and a slanted line6 4X12.

It has effects so I plug straight in. Love the way it sounds with my LUKES especially.

Also, anyone looking for a cool, lightweight, effects loaded practice amp...I highly recommend the new Roland Micro Cube.

7 pounds with carrying strap
ac adapter or 6 AA batteries
5 inch speaker
6 amp models (3 clean 3 dirty)
Chorus flange delay reverb tremolo

About 130 bucks

Could be the end of acoustic guitars around campfires as we know it:D

My new setup is a Line 6 FBV Shortboard > Line 6 Spider II
Simple but sweet. Get all the effects and sounds I need from this simple setup. (great effects and pretty awesome sound especially for home/small studio or folks that play primarily for their own amusement... like me:)

I run

Electric Output into:
Mxr DynaComp -> Nobels Overdrive -> Maxon OD-9 -> Voodoo Labs Sparkle Drive -> Ernie Ball Volume Pedal -> Vox Union Jack Wah -> Danelectro Fish and Chips 7-Band EQ -> Voodoo Labs Analog Chorus -> Line 6 DL4 -> Fender Deville 2x12

Piezo Output into:
Volume Pedal -> L.R. Baggs Para Acoustic D.I. -> P.A.

My Board was built custom by Pedalboard.com (36" x 18") and I had a new angled shelf built by another builder because I wasn't too big on the flat and wide shelf that Pedalboard makes.

My dad, Bing4sons, will post a picture when I bring it home because I don't have a digital camera.

Running my Petrucci through a Tech 21 Trademark 10 & a Peavey Express 112. Since I live in an apartment I have to keep everything compact.
