hey everybody, I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the ampeg BR2 350 watt amp from ampeg. its a pretty afordable head that allows controll in the eq like i want. i was wondering if any of you have any experiance with this amp and what you think about it. if it is a sweet deal i will spend the money i got from my last paint job to buy it from same day music. ohh yeah, i have been browsing the forum from time to time, but with this crazy painting i have been doing i dont have much time for this and the bass, and i think the bass is more important then the bass forum, no offence.

my buddy just got one of these ... i was with him when he got it and i was pretty impressed. FYI though: my buddy plays a Fender J so thats what we used when testing gear.
i guess its worth mentioning that he plays in a 5 peice metal band and his br2 w/ 4x10 puts out enough power and volume for him to cut thru the mix.
