I would have responded earlier but wanted to give myself time to phrase my appreciation appropriately. The operation of Ernie Ball and Music Man have been a major inspiration to me. I not only admire them for their multitude of developments in production and their business model but also that at the end of the day they're driven to do the right thing for so many. The working wage, appreciation of dealers, customer service, integrity, build quality, their relationships to artists, a clear respect for heritage and yet willing to push the bar ever higher for the future, these guys are just IT in this industry. If I could have half my product lines I carry do for me what Music Man does I would probably be a rich man by now, ha. But I'm happy and that more grateful for them to be the single most outstanding company we do business with. And when I clock out of work and drive home, there is a Ball family of their own, my guitars, lying in wait for me to pick them up and be inspired. Yeah, on SO many levels Music Man is the best thing going. I couldn't be happier to be a Premier Music Man dealer and a musician that plays Music Man guitars and basses. Now to throw on my Music Man hat and head to the gym...
