Hi Everybody!
Erin Payne Checking in, you may remember me from my roles in Sterling built me a Big Al, and Everybody on this forum is my hero, for helping me out in my time of need.
Now that i have confused most of you.. its update time.
Last time i posted i had just finished up 7 weeks of radiation therapy. Well after the 3 month wait for the results of the treatment i was basically told it did nothing.. and the next step is Chemotherapy.
So i started the chemotherapy a week ago and so far i have only had 2 really bad nights. Its not fun.. but hopefully this will do something. This type of chemo has 21 days of treatment, then 7 days off, and cycles twice. If it works, they say i can continue this treatment for up to a year, and hopefully wipe this cancer out. I'm hoping for the best, but after the first round failed not feeling very optimistic.
So tonight at 10:30 in Pittsburgh at the Club Cafe, i am playing my last show with my band. At least until i have a better idea of where i am healthwise.
If any of you are in Pittsburgh, come on down. and let me buy you a beer.
Everyone here has been a godsend for me, and i think about the goodness of everyone here often. If i left out anything you would like to know, ask i'm an open book.
