Hey Ant,
The bass looks like a perfect fit for you. Can you believe how powerful the eq is on these?
Have fun with it.

You're absolutely right Marco. The bass has eight pickup combinations. Now add to that the Active / Passive settings for each combo. Then add to that the fact that the 4 band EQ in Active mode. This is a BADBA$$ Mojo machine!!! BTW, I am really digging the passive tones!!! Enjoy your 25th Mojo bass also

Congrats, it doesn't get any better than having the CFO put a bass deal together and bring it home through the front door. Your description sounds exactly like I was hoping, all the best.

Thanks, my wife and I are a team on stuff like that. My mom didn't raise a fool :D

Wow, Ant, that's a great bass, great story and above all great wife! Count yourself lucky my friend:)

It probably doesn't get any better than that......could it? Nice !

And great to be married to someone who understands that musical instruments are more than toys! Congrats!

You are all right and I do appreciate my great luck in her understanding my musical and artist needs. This is especially true since I have been out of work since October  Company got acquired and a group of us got laid off after 9+ years!

Great story Ant and congratulations on the new bass - great to have an understanding wife although I suspect a lot of driveway power washing will need to be done :D

We live in a condo, so I am safe from that one :)

The look of love!

Absolutely ;)

Ant you lucky devil. Nice bass and great wife...So now what does she want?

Just for me to be happy...as sappy as that sounds, it is the truth. I am a very blessed man :) I think she has become part of the Knucklehead group here by osmosis. I kept showing her different threads, posts, and photos on the forum and she kind of feels a part of it all. She got a kick out of Big Papa saying "No pics, No wife" in a thread. We then posted a pic of us and she feels included in the forum. Really cool.

I can see it now -- all across the country forum members are saying " hey honey, come look at this!" :D

My wife has spent a lot of time looking at pictures of the 25th on this board, and... she has given the thumbs up for me to get one. She did however make a few specific requests...

1. Quilted Top
2. Rosewood Board
3. 4 String (She knows i never played my 5)

Who am i to say no? JOSH

Congrats Ant. I like the passive tones too, and for some crazy reason I've never owned a passive bass until the 25th...

Awesome bass, I'm also digging the picture of the P-38 in the back ground!

Thanks Bloodfist.

The P-38 drawing is number 33 of 250 signed by the artist R.T. Foster. It belonged to a dear friend of ours, Art Messler, who passed a few years ago from cancer. He was an amazing and well known local small plane pilot among his many other interests. He was a great but humble man who quietly helped a lot of people.

The bass is awesome and represents, IMO, a fantastic score for EBMM. The neck is incredibly fast and comfortable.
