My Bongos sound righteous through my Walkabout Scout. Great for small to medium gigs. I was going to order a custom extension cab to match the finish on mine, but I ended up grabbing one of those cheap Aggie 2x10s from MF at about a third the price, instead.

My Ampeg SVT4Pro>GIII drives my clean and my SWR 350X>Avatar drives the effects.

BTW: I am selling my SWR350X plus Avatar 115 for $450 pickup or deliver only.

Nice, easy to move rig.

I voted 'other.'

I'm using a BBE BMax (SS) to a QSC RMX-2450.

I really like the BBE. It's got that modern 'hi-fi' thing going on - but it's also got that vintage thing going in it's favor too.

Peavey Nitrobass head, Peavey 410TVX cab.

For less than half what the new components cost, I'm not complaining. The TVX cabs are great deals, the head less so, but it's still good. Since I have the 8 ohm TVX cab, I can't open up the head too much without it clipping a lot. Otherwise, it sounds purdy good most of the time.

I'm watching for old Acoustics and the like-I really need something with more headroom for a band setting.

I'll play:

my usual rig with my 'Ray is an Alembic F1X > Stewart 2.1 > Bergantino HT310.

In Oct 2005 I picked up an EA iAMP 800, and I sometimes use that with the 310.

My small rig is iAMP 800 > Acme B2.

Currently I use an Eden WT550B head with a single D210XST 4ohm cab. I play both my '00 Natural SR5 & '96 Honeyburst Sterling lined fretless through this setup. The cool thing is I don't need to change and amp settings. I play only with the pre-amps on the basses. If I were to throw a passive bass into the mix I might need to re-think my amp choice (perhaps an Eden 1205 (2 channels) or another WT550).

I'll play too. One day, when I don't have to worry about neighbors, I will add the matching HT112s and upgrade to the MAG600 for more power. I really like the sound of the MAG series, and after playing the ABM's I found that they don't do all that much for me.
