Another case of one of those 'bend over' vintage dealers who have no idea what they're really looking at...a modded bass. He's also trying to sell a StingRay control plate with passive pots mounted on it (no preamp obviously) for absolute outragous top dollar.

Because you couldn't get it for half that from pgheaven... But imagine the tone you would get from a vintage pickguard!
