I am still kind of bummed out that I haven't been home to play my (new to me) Stingray. One of my best friends /my guitar player went by my house to check on things and ended up playing the Stingray for a bit. Let me start out by saying that he is a die hard Jazz bass lover and that he wasn't really into it when I said I was getting the stingray. Not that its going to surprise anyone here, but after playing it he instantly changed his opinions. He couldn't stop talking about now nice it felt and played and how he could get so many tones out of it. I asked him if he thought it was worth the price I paid, and he said he would have paid twice that much (this is saying a lot).
So again, Ernie Ball Music Man not only maintains a stellar reputation but gains another convert.
