I'm sure most everyone here already knows this, but I just wanted to say publicly how amazing Dan and the whole CS team is. (Plus Dan gets bonus points for complimenting my BFR's top
)
I won't go into specifics because that would be the equivalent of posting the issues on the board to begin with, which I know is a no-no. I'm glad I had been here long enough and used the search function enough times to know not post CS issues and avoid making a buffoon of myself.
Dan treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like both me and my instruments were important regardless of how big or small my request was. I've spent (well I guess my wife spent) a good chunk of money on my 3 EBMM's over the last 4 months and I can safely say between the quality of the guitars and the amazing customer service, I am a customer for life. It's much easier to feel good about big purchases when you know the company behind them backs their product.
I've dealt with a my fair share of companies over the last 22 years of playing, especially since as a lefty I ordered several custom guitars, but never have I had an experience like this.
Not that I didn't understand the reasons fo BP's disdain for CS threads in the forums already, but it really is crystal clear why CS should be given the chance to rectify the issue before making it public. There aren't enough superlatives to describe this company.
I feel like I should send a bottle of something to those guys, Dan what's your poison?
