Mate. Great to have another EBMM in the ME. The music scene over here sucks for local bands and it is so hard to get good equipment in Dubai. What is it like in Q8??????

I know what you mean jonnydubai. It's next to impossible to get anything halfway decent here in kuwait. there are exactly three guitar shops. One only sells fenders, but at least decent ones. One sells yamahas and japanese made ibanez's (which are more like ripoffs really). And one has three used epi's. So yep it sucks pretty bad so I shop in the US and bring stuff back.
Last time I was in dubai I was at the mall near the big sail hotel thingy and I found a decent guitar shop. At the time I was looking for a 12-string and they had a couple which was cool. It's at the mall connected to that club (trinity or something) and after i left the club i couldn't find my way back to the shop to buy anything . So if you haven't checked that out you might want to. I don't remember seeing any balls though .
Did you go to desert rock by any chance?
