So I went and did it today......

Machinehead have now ordered me a Rosewood Axis SS, two hums, stoptail (through Strings & Things - UK prices suck  ).

12-16 week wait on that baby.

Gives me time to offload my PRS CE (black, mint, Dragon PUs, trem, cased) to anyone who wants it - maybe not the best forum to advertise in but you gotta try ;)

It's a good line to be in. I like it here. As soon as I get out of this line I hope to get right back in it again. Thoese rosewood A$$es are sure pretty.

Hey Norm,

Its not that they're pretty (in fact the panelling quote rings true...) its that neck - just so awesome - you feel the notes through the left hand rather than just your gut IYKWIM.

Hell I know what you mean about re-joining the Q - I have a guy who wants to trade my PRS for a Mystic Dream - then I need a Y2D, after that I think its just a Silo special and a Silo bass and I'm done

Shyeah right - and monkeys might fly out my butt

Dave, I see what you are trying to do here....

You're trying to buy lots of guitars to get BP to throw another Open House, so you have another excuse to come to the States and buy even more EB guitars.

Hope it works :D

No Pete,

First aim is to get my bespectacled father of fun to come to the UK and show him how the professionals drink real beer!

Then I'll come back to any EBMM event anywhere in the US - hell its only a plane ride!

DaveB,

If I ever get to the UK, I would love to have your assistance in locating some excellent bitters.

Egad! How many EBMM guitars have you purchased in the last 30 days? I'm extremely jealous!
